Most REALTORS® fail to sell properties because they take a listing then put it on the MLS and hope for someone to call that may have an interest in purchasing it.

I am not that kind of REALTOR®.  My education far exceeds that of the typical REALTOR®.  I graduated in business administration and Ecommerce and was raised in a family of entrepreneurial businessmen and woman, not to mention my years of experience in real estate investments before obtaining a real estate license.

Anything you sell regardless of the product you are selling including homes, land and businesses all have a specific target market you must reach in order to achieve your goal of selling that product,

If the property you are looking to sell does not interest anyone on my extensive list of investors and first time home buyers, I will advertise your property on the MLS and I will advertise your property in the proper venues that will reach the target market that would most likely be looking for a property such as yours.
